Jobbly

Jobbly is a web-app for tracking job applications, built to solve a personal need, and function as my capstone project for my studies att Nackademin.

The application was built according to a simulated customer order, and with a set timeline.

It uses React, TypeScript, and Vite on the frontend, styled with MUI for simplicity. The backend runs on Strapi with a PostgreSQL database, both hosted on Railway via GitHub. The frontend is deployed on my personal web host.

This project shows my ability to plan, build, and deploy a modern full-stack app.

About.

I am a frontend developer with hands-on experience in modern web development, gained through traditional education, self-study, and personal projects. I am a creative problem solver with a passion for art, creativity, technology, and language. And I possess an imaginative mind that naturally seeks to understand how different pieces fit together.

I embraced frontend development for its remarkable balance between style and functionality. I am drawn to its ability to engage both the logical mind and the creative spirit, while also providing immediate visual feedback that enhances the development process.

When Im not developing, you can probably find me leading a tabletop roleplaying game, riding my bicycle, or enjoying time in nature.
